Returns & Refund Policy
Braze Metalworks Inc. wants you to be thrilled with your purchases, however, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. Orders to be returned MUST be new, unused, and in original packaging. You can always contact us for any return question at shop@brazemetals.com.

Exceptions/Non Returnable Items
Customized products include custom design projects, units with personalized cut-outs, and other requested modifications. Due to personal configuration or design on these custom powder products, Braze Metalworks Inc. does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll either be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or receive in-store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@brazemetals.com.
Approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund’s total value.
Retail and Dealer Purchases
Purchases made through a third-party authorized dealer are subject to the seller’s return policies and are considered non-refundable by the manufacturer Braze Metalworks Inc.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and get it fixed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our office at 705-319-2155. Please do not request cancellations by email or online messages.
Custom projects may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial payment for materials that have been ordered custom or personalized for the project.
