At Braze Metalworks, we specialize in durable, high-quality steel products. Because our items range from small accessories to heavy-duty outdoor equipment, we offer tailored shipping and pickup options to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

General Shipping

For most items, shipping is calculated in real-time at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We partner with leading carriers to ensure your items are handled with care and delivered efficiently.

Local Pickup

To save on shipping costs, we offer local pickup options. Available locations will be displayed at checkout based on the items in your cart:

Primary Workshop: Our main location handles pickups for all product types.
Partner Pickup Points: For our larger items (Firepits and Grills), we have partnered with secondary locations to make collection easier in specific regions.

Note: If a pickup location is available for your items, the address and specific instructions will be provided in your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email. Please wait for this notification before heading out.

Oversized Items & Local Delivery

For oversized items that are difficult to ship via standard couriers, we offer regional delivery within specific zones.

If your delivery address falls within one of our service areas in Northern Ontario, a delivery fee and option will appear automatically at checkout.
Freight/Custom Quotes: For oversized items shipping outside of our local delivery zones, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.

Processing & Lead Times

As many of our products are handcrafted or heavy-duty, processing times can vary.

Standard orders typically ship within a few business days.
Larger metalwork or custom builds may require additional time for fabrication and logistics.
All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates.

Combined Shipping

If your order contains items from different categories (e.g., an aftermarket part and a large grill), shipping rates are combined at checkout to reflect the total logistics requirement for your order.
